Terms of service

1- No booking is confirmed until a full payment is received. 50% deposit secures your date, but the job will only be completed once the balance is recieved by Harmony Hospitality Services.

2- If Harmony Hospitality Services cancels a job for whatever reason, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels a job for whatever reason, no refund will be issued.

3- If a client wishes to change the date of a booking, a fee of R500 will be charged for each date that is changed.

4- A standard booking fee is added on to every booking, unless otherwise stated in writing by Harmony Hospitality Services.

5- If a booking is made for an area that Harmony Hospitality Services does not normally cover, the client will be responsible for the travel and accommodation costs of the staff, on top of the cost of the service.

6- No clients are permitted to use the staff of Harmony Hospitality Services for their own benefit, without prior communication and authorisation from Harmony Hospitality Services.

7- In the event of load-shedding, other power outage or any other circumstance, natural or not, that causes the job not to be completed, the client will hold full responsibility, and would need to pay for another service if it is to be postponed.

8- If a client is late for a booking by 2 hours with no communication, or is not conscious at the agreed time of service, the service is considered to be cancelled.

9- If a client communicates a delay, the service will wait for the client, but the client will be liable for a fee of R500 per hour per staff member.

10- Harmony Hospitality Services holds no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to property, whether owned or hired by the client. If any goods are hired by the client through Harmony Hospitality Services, a breakage deposit will be charged, and an amount deducted for any damages. If Harmony Hospitality Services provides goods at no charge according to agreement with the client, a breakage deposit will still be charged. Should there be no damage, the full breakage deposit will be returned to the clients.
